Mrs. Elizabeth E. Conner

Mrs. Elizabeth Elliott Conner, age 87 of Stuart passed away Wednesday at Pioneer Community Hospital in Stuart. She was born in Mecklenburg County on Sept. 28, 1922 to the late Ashby and Eva Snead Elliott. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Conner; and two brothers, Howard and Melvin Elliott. She attended Stuart Baptist Church and was a previous member of Buffalo Baptist Church in Buffalo Junction, VA.
Surviving are two sons and daughters in law, Michael and Patricia Conner of Stuart, Tommy and Brenda Conner of Stuart; two step grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren; and a sister in law, Ruth Elliott of New Jersey.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with Pastor Robert Belcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Patrick Memorial Gardens.
