Mrs. Frankie Elizabeth Combs D'Amico

Mrs. Frankie Elizabeth Combs D’Amico, 74, of Mt. Airy passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. She was born in Carroll County, VA on October 19, 1941 to the late William Raleigh and Annie Mae Edwards Combs. She is survived by a son, Johnny D’Amico of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Melinda Faye and Ricky Bobbitt of Woodlawn, VA; four grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Burnette and Edward Brown of East Bend, Lucille and Mike Beeson of Rock Hill. In addition to her parents, Mrs. D’Amico was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Gray D’Amico; two sons, Richard and Anthony D’Amico; two sisters, Juanita Hawks and Mildred Carter; two brothers, Morgan and Haywood Combs. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Moody Funeral Home with Rev. Deward Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens.
