Mrs. Gaye Roberts Taylor

Mrs. Gaye Roberts Taylor Age 68 of 285 Ridgewood Dr. Mt. Airy passed away Wednesday August 31, 2011 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. Mrs. Taylor was born August 3, 1943 in Galax, VA. to the late Harold and Keister Farmer Roberts, and was a retired secretary for Dr. Gil Burke. Surviving are her husband Don Taylor, Sr. of the home, one son Don Taylor, Jr. of Mt. Airy, one grandson Tyler John Taylor of Mt. Airy, one brother and sister-in-law Jimmy and Sandy Roberts of Woodlawn, VA, a special mother-in-law Lanthel Taylor of Galax, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Fleet and Lori Taylor of East Bend, NC., her aunt and uncle Veda and Ronnie Robinson of Woodlawn, VA. and several special cousins. Funeral services will be held Friday September 2, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with services conducted by Rev. Jeff Wall and Rev. Roger Redd with burial to follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 PM until time for the service at 2:00 PM. at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
