Mrs. Glinda "Paulette" Belcher Marshall

Mrs. Glinda "Paulette" Belcher Marshall age 61 of Stuart, Virginia passed away Sunday September 15, 2013 at UNC Medical Center at Chapel Hill. She was born on June 17, 1952 to the late William Arlie Belcher and Vera Conner Belcher. She had worked at Piedmont Community Services where she took joy in her work with the mentally disabled. Paulette was an avid writer and enjoyed drawing; and she was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. She was a devoted wife, momma, granny, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
Mrs. Marshall is survived by her husband of 42 years, Lloyd Marshall of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Mike & Carolyn Marshall of Dry Pond and Jerry & Ashley Marshall of Dry Pond; seven grandchildren: Allyson, Andrea, Charles, Morgan, Michael Jr., Karleigh and Kaleb; a brother and sister-in-law, Lois & Dorothy Belcher of Meadows of Dan; a sister, Linda Allen of Floyd and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Marshall will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home with Evangelist Linda Gail Dalton and Pastor Michael Leath officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the Lewis Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and at other times at the home.
