Mrs. Hattie T. Turman

Mrs. Hattie Taylor Turman, age 70 of Stuart, passed away, Friday, February 1, 2008 at her home. She was born in Pulaski, Virginia on Jan. 28, 1938 to the late Earnest Bruce Taylor and Lattie Belle Graham Taylor. She was preceded in death by her husband; Hubert Ray Turman, a granddaughter; Ashley Martin and a brother; Carl Taylor. Mrs. Turman was a member of Hills Grove Baptist Church.
Mrs. Turman is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law; Julie Renee Turman of Ararat, Virginia, Jennifer & husband, Jeff Tolbert of Claudville, Virginia, Tonya & husband, David Harmon of Stuart and Fonda Turman Fain of Patrick Springs, Virginia; six grandchildren; Daniel & wife, Melissa V. Turman, Shanna Tolbert, Amanda Tolbert, Cody Ross, Alexis Harmon, and Austin Fain; and three sisters; Agnes Quesenberry of Hiwassee, Virginia, Bonnie Taylor of Hiwassee, Virginia, and Gaye Reams of Sarasota, Florida.
Funeral services for Mrs. Turman will be held Monday, February 4, 2008 at 1:00pm at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with Pastors Randy Bartlett and David Heath officiating. Burial will follow in Hills Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
