Mrs. Irene W. Jenkins

Mrs. Irene W. Jenkins, age 86 of Sebring, FL, formerly of Mt. Airy, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013 in Sebring. Mrs. Jenkins was born in Surry County on May 12, 1927 to Clyde and Kizzire M. Woodruff. Surviving is her devoted husband of 54 years, Leroy Jenkins; a step daughter, Debbie Baker; sisters-in-law, Nora Carlson, Patsy Ruiz and JoAnn Moore and a brother-in-law, Ronnie Jenkins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Maple Grove United Methodist Church by Rev. Brenda Brashear. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
