Mrs. Jacqueline Annette "Jackie" Tesh Montgomery

Mrs. Jacqueline Annette "Jackie" Tesh Montgomery, 49 of Mt. Airy passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014. She was born in Surry County on November 15, 1964, the cherished daughter of Oscar Moorefield and Rachel Hall Tesh. Mrs. Montgomery was a teacher's assistant for Westfield Elementary and a member of Shining Light Baptist Church. She loved people and always greeted everyone with a smile. She is survived by her loving husband, Randy Lee Montgomery; two wonderful daughters and son-in-law, Heather Nicole Montgomery and Jessica Montgomery Childress and Tyler; a dear mother-in-law, Nellie Montgomery; a special sister-in-law, Beverly McAdams; a nephew, Ricky McAdams and many special cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Shining Light Baptist Church with Rev. Elmo Hiatt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Saturday, August 2, 2014.
