Mrs. Janet Faye Boyd Marshall

Mrs. Janet Faye Boyd Marshall, age 56 of Meadows of Dan, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2012 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was born in Lakewood, New Jersey on December 16,1955 to the late Robert Andrew Boyd and Dorothy Edna Reynolds Boyd. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Marshall was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Mandile. She was a loving wife, mama, grandma, sister and friend, and was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Marshall is survived by her husband, Douglas A. Marshall of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and David Conner of Meadows of Dan; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Samantha Boyd of Meadows of Dan; six grandchildren, Lindsey Quesenberry, Haley Conner, Felicity Boyd, Dakota Boyd, Hayden Conner and Ethan Boyd; three sisters, Ella Sue Boyd of Stuart, Dorothy Jean Robertson of Martinsville and Roberta Pascale of Meadows of Dan; and one brother, James Boyd of Radford.
Funeral services for Mrs. Marshall will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. Burial will follow in the Light Ridge Cemetery.
