Mrs. June Hall Cox

Mrs. June Hall Cox, age 70 of Claudville, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2006, at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. She was born in Rockingham County, North Carolina on January 25, 1936 to the late Eugene and Belva Stegall Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sanders Cox; one daughter, Beverly Cox; and one brother, Wade Hall. She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Cox is survived by two daughters, Laverne Barbour and Amanda Cole, both of Claudville; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Faye Kirkman and Sharon Davis, both of Amelia; and one brother, Kenneth Hall of Texas.
A graveside service for Mrs. Cox will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Red Bank Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jim Churchwell officiating.
