Mrs. Kay Mosley

Mrs. Delta Kathleen “Kay” Mosley, 70 of Dobson, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday afternoon, October 17, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 12, 1946 in Surry County to the late Ed and Alpha Hicks Hull. Mrs. Mosley was a devoted wife to Graham Davis Mosley for almost 52 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother, a cherished sister and a friend to everyone. Mrs. Mosley was a faithful member of Union Primitive Baptist Church for 46 years. She enjoyed quilting and having the ladies from the quilters guild over each week to work on various projects. Left to cherish her memories in addition to her husband are two daughters and a son-in-law, Jamie Lynette Mosley of the home and Greta Lynn and Mark Wylam of Clemmons; grandchildren, Madison, Thomas and Eli Wylam; sisters and a brother-in-law, Carolyn Watts, Becky Golding, Phyllis McMillian and Tammy and Randy Joyce all of Mt. Airy; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dickie and Arlene Hull, Danny and Patty Hull, Donnie and Becky Hull, Jimmy and Robin Hull and Ronnie and Melinda Hull all of Mt. Airy. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mosley was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Hull. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Union Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Avery Branch officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
