Mrs. Lee Anna Cole George

Mrs. Lee Anna Cole George, 48 of Mount Airy, passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Mrs. George was born on May 7, 1968 in Macomb County, MI to the late Jesse Cole and Sharon Ray Mitchell Cole. Mrs. George was a loving wife, mother, and friend who will be dearly missed by all that knew. She is survived by her husband, Aldie George of the home; a daughter, Jessica George of Raleigh; two sons, Justin George of the home and Andrew George of Brevard, NC; a brother, Kip Hurley of MI; two sisters, Jessica Cole McClinton of MI, and Jennifer Cole of TN; and two sisters-in-law, Ronda George Brewer and Diane George Brewer both of Mt. Airy. In addition to her parents, Mrs. George was preceded in death by two brothers, Pat Hurley and Larry Hurley. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel at 4:00 PM with Rev. Larry Johnson officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.
