Mrs. Lois Elizabeth Hall Dillon

Mrs. Lois Elizabeth Hill Dillon, age 88 of Madison, North Carolina passed away Friday, October 1, 2010 at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. She was born in Stokes County, North Carolina on March 4, 1922 to the late Frank and Maggie Corns Hill. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dillon was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde T. Dillon, and two brothers, Clyde and Levi Hill. She had been of the Baptist faith, and had worked for Macfield. She was a loving mother.
Mrs. Dillon is survived by one son, Ray Dillon of Greensboro, North Carolina; four daughters and a son-in-law, Zara Mabe of Madison, Hilda Bullins of Sandy Ridge, North Carolina, Geneva Doss and husband, Teddy of Stuart and Gloria Oneil of Mayodan; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Dillon will be held Monday, October 4, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
