Mrs. Lorene Cunningham Bishop

Lorene Fulcher Cunningham Bishop of Patrick Springs passed away Friday at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County. She was born in Patrick County to the late Charlie Webster Fulcher and Clara Audna Fain Fulcher. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Clifford Joseph Cunningham; her second husband, Fred Allen Bishop, Sr.; one brother, Curtis Fulcher; and two sisters, Catherine Hayden and Irene Raper. Mrs. Bishop was a member of Providence United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters and a son in law, Teresa and Thomas Biggs of Spencer, Margaret Cunningham of Christiansburg; two grandchildren, Wayne Biggs of Falls Church, Lauren A. Collins of Radford; two sisters, Ethylene Daniel of Danville, Colleen Shough of Patrick Springs; and two brothers, Kyle Fulcher and Clarence Fulcher both of Fieldale.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 14, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Providence United Methodist Church with Pastor David Westmoreland officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be private. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart is handling the arrangements.
