Mrs. Magdalene Pat Hall

Mrs. Magdalene Pat Hall, age 79 of Stuart, passed away Friday, November 30, 2007 at the Stanleytown Health Care Center. She was born in Henry County on September 18, 1928 to the late J. R. and Madgie Spencer Moore. Mrs. Hall had worked as a General Registrar for Patrick County. She was a member of Stuart Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir, the pastor selection committee, the WMU, Joy Workers, and Elaine Hancock Circle, and had been a Sunday school teacher.
Mrs. Hall is survived by her husband, James E. Hall of the home; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jim Hall, Jr. and Susan, and Jerry Hall; two step-grandchildren, Jason Jones and Jennifer Jones; one step great-grandchild, Julian Jones; five sisters, Violet Owens of Pfafftown, North Carolina, Esther Clement of Woodbine, Maryland, Mary June Martin of Rocky Mount, Joy Moore of Odenton, Maryland, and Donna Cooper of Tallahassee, Florida; four brothers, Chester Moore of Collinsville, Eldean Moore of Bassett, Frank Moore of King George and Mike Moore of Kernersville, North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hall will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Stuart Baptist Church with Dr. Clint Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Patrick Memorial Gardens.
