Mrs. Margot Dominic Sams

Mrs. Margot Dominic Sams, 87, of Mt. Airy passed away Saturday March 18, 2017 at Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart VA. She was born July 14, 1929 in Germany and was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church. Left to cherish her memories are three step-grandchildren; Jennifer Watson King, Doyle and Stacey Watson, Stephanie Watson, three step-great grandchildren Levi Watson, Lukah Watson, London Watson, a step-son; Jeffrey Vann and Crystal Watson, a sister, Heidi Franz, and her caregivers; Sylvia Hill, and Celeste Robinson. In addition to her parents Mrs. Sams was preceded in death by her husband; Earl Ray Sams, a son; Benjamin Sams, a step-son; Lendon Brent Watson, and her companion; Clayton Watson. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at St. Andrews Lutheran Church with services conducted by the Rev Dale Cline. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
