Mrs. Marlena Marie Easter Rigney

Mrs. Marlena Marie Easter Rigney, 31 of Fancy Gap passed away at her home on Monday, April 15, 2013. She was born in Galax, VA on July 2, 1981 to Lonnie Ray and Ludena "Helen" Atkins Easter. She was a homemaker and a member of Sky View Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rigney is survived by her husband, Teddy Dean Rigney; two brothers, Lonnie Dale Easter and fianc?e, Roseana Kraft and Bruce Easter and wife, Melina; mother and father-in-law, Junior and Esther Rigney; brothers-in-law, Johnny Rigney and Robert and Brenda Rigney; nieces, Cassie Easter, Maranda and Madison Rigney; nephews, Chris, Robby, Brandon and Brett Easter, Chase, Wesley and Austin Rigney; great-neices, Cheyanne, Abigail, Kloe, Isabelle and Adalynn; special friends, Sue Marshall and family. Funeral services will be conducted at Moody Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 20, 2013 with Rev. Darren Slate and Rev. Wendell Horton officiating. Burial will follow in the Easter Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home in Mt .Airy on Friday, April 19, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
