Mrs. Mary Jane Hall Hazelwood

Mrs. Mary Jane Hall Hazelwood, age 83 of Stuart, passed away Monday, June 21, 2010 at her home. She was born in Patrick County on July 28, 1926 to the late Clarence and Mamie Stovall Hall. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hazelwood was preceded in death by her husband; William Leon Hazelwood; one sister, Jewett Lawless; and two brothers, Benjamin Hall and Martin Hall. She had retired as a supervisor with Pannill Knitting Company.
Mrs. Hazelwood is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Roger Rea of Spencer; a grandson and wife, John and Abbie Rea of Brooklyn, New York; a sister, Evelyn Stevens of Carmel, Maine; and a sister-in-law, Ruby Puckett Hall of Stuart.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Patrick Memorial Gardens with Pastor David Westmoreland officiating. The family will meet at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time to proceed to the cemetery.
