Mrs. Mary Alice Trexler McAdams

Mrs. Mary Alice Trexler McAdams, age 60 of Stuart passed away Saturday at Forsyth Memorial Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. She was born on Nov. 18, 1951 in Rowan County, NC to the late Paul Henderson Trexler and Dollie Talbert Trexler. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Wilson. She was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her husband of 35 years, Edgar Junior McAdams of the home; five sons and daughters in law, John McAdams, Paul McAdams, Tim and April McAdams all of Stuart, David McAdams of Patrick Springs, Jamie and Kayla McAdams of Spencer; 12 Grandchildren; four Great Grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Agee of Stuart; and three brothers, James Trexler of Stuart, David Trexler of Salisbury, NC, and Gene Trexler of Dry Pond.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with Revs. Wayne Moore, J.R. Shelton, and John W. Mitchell officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
