Mrs. Mary Ruth Moore

Mrs. Mary Ruth Moore, age 61 of Bassett passed away Friday at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 29, 1949 in Patrick County to the late Curtis Robert Fain and Annie Conner Fain.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Moore of the home; one daughter, Anita Marie Gilley Lewis of Basset; one son, Jasper Eddie Gilley, Jr. of Woolwine; and 6 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 7, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with Rev. Bernard Handy officiating. Burial will follow in the Fain and Handy Family Cemetery.
