Mrs. Mary Lou Inman Robertson

Mrs. Mary Lou Inman Robertson, age 95 of Stuart passed away Friday at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. She was born on Sept. 8, 1916 to the late Jim and Jenny Willard Inman. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, John Robertson, Sr.; one son, John Robertson, Jr."Jack"; one daughter, Mary Jane Hawks; two brothers, Curtis and Ernest Inman; and two sisters, Lois Floyd and Iva Collins. Mrs. Robertson had attended Creasey's Chapel United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons and daughters in law, Clarence and Lucille Robertson of Martinsville, Walter "Red" Robertson of Stuart, Florence Robertson of Stuart; one daughter and son in law, Linda and Gene Clark of Stuart; three grandchildren, Johnnie Robertson, Angela Bogle, Wendy Reynolds; two great grandchildren, Ashley and Claire; one brother, James Inman; three sisters, Sally Rorrer and Annie Goode both of Woolwine, Ruth Pack of Ararat; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday July 16, 2012 at 2 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Revs. J.R. Shelton and Mike Hundley officiating. Burial will follow in the Creasey's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5 to 7 at the funeral home.
