Mrs. Natalie Florence Davis Leggett

Natalie Davis Leggett, age 84 went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Sunday December 27 while at home. She was born May 3rd 1931 to Ambrose and Florence Davis of Lumberton, NC. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Hilton Leggett of the Home, Son Kenneth and Wife Paula Leggett of Pfafftown, NC. Five Grandchildren, William Thomas and wife Heather Leggett, James Edward Leggett, Julia Lee Gale and Husband Patrick, Sarah Montgomery Leggett and Emily Davis Leggett; and four Great Grandchildren, Jayden Tripp, Mason Leggett, Kayleigh Leggett and Ella Gale; Brothers, Stacy Davis, Bruce Davis, and Dale Davis and sister, Nella Weaver. She was preceded in death by her parents; Sisters, Elizabeth, Wilma, and Thelma. She was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church of Mount Airy for 47 years. Funeral service will be held at Mount Carmel Baptist Church on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at 2:00 PM with visitation one hour before service at the church. The family will have a private burial at Skyline Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 401 Technology Lane, Suite 200, Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
