Mrs. Patsy Elaine Bowman

Ms. Patsy Elaine Bowman, 50, of Mount Airy, passed away at Northern Hospital of Surry early Saturday morning, December 16, 2017. Patsy was born June 11, 1967 to Barbara Lee Carter and the late Billy Edward Carter. She was a beloved daughter, Mama, and Nana. She will be loved and missed by all. She worked for Surry County Schools for over a decade before becoming a stay-at-home mother. Her memory will be cherished by her mother, Barbara Lee Carter, her son, Jace Edward Bowman, her daughter and son-in-law Brooke and Brett Livengood. Her sisters and brother-in-law Brenda Creed, and Sandy and Randy Edwards. Her brothers and sister-in-laws, Wade and April Carter and Doug and Melissa Carter and her two grandson’s Brode and Brewer Livengood. Along with many friends and extended family. A service of worship and celebration of Patsy’s life will be held Thursday night, December 21, 2017 at Faith Baptist Church in Mount Airy at 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM. Pastor Randy Edwards will be officiating. Any memorial donations can be received at Moody’s Funeral Services in Mount Airy.
