Mrs. Pauline Belcher Bolt, age 91 of Meadows of Dan, went home to rejoin her husband and grandson on Sunday, February 21, 2016. She was born in Floyd County on September 26, 1924 to the late Benjamin and Manie Conner Belcher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Bolt; her grandson, Tony Sutphin; four brothers; and five sisters. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Meadows of Dan.
Mrs. Bolt is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Windell “Ledford” and Alphia Bolt of Pulaski; a daughter and son-in-law, Bobby and Gail Sutphin of Laurel Fork; four grandchildren and their spouses, Tammy and Scott Rivers, Randall and Suzette Bolt, Carolyn and Shannon Hicks, Michael and Kelly Sutphin; eleven special great-grandchildren; a sister, Lula Harris of Pulaski; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Joe Young, Pastor Shannon Hicks and Brother Tom Sutphin officiating. Burial will follow in the Conner Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
