Mrs. Peggy Terrell Haynes

Mrs. Peggy Terrell Haynes, age 81 of Dobson, NC, passed away on Tuesday morning October 1, 2013, at her home. She was born in Surry County to the late Dave and Dorothy Snow Terrell on August 15, 1931. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death of her husband Davis Monroe Haynes. She was a Farmer and Homemaker, was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Surviving is her son and daughter-in-law David and DeAnne Haynes of Dobson; a granddaughter Hannah Marie Haynes of Raleigh; a great aunt Edith Snow Fulk of Dobson. Funeral services will be held 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday October 2nd 2013 in the Chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson; burial will follow on Thursday morning 9:00 A.M. in the Cemetery of Fairview Baptist Church. Rev. Dan Merritt will conduct the Services. The family will receive friends at Moody-Davis Funeral on Wednesday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. the time of her service. The family has requested in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Prayer Quilt Ministry of Fairview Baptist Church c/o Tommy Edmonds 6678 NC Hwy 268, Dobson, NC 27017.
