Mrs. Shirley Jane Bryant

Mrs. Shirley Jane Bryant, age 77, of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017 at her home. She was born March 5, 1940 to the late Jack E. and Annie Mae Lowe Bryant. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memories are a son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Tina Bryant; two daughters and a son-in-law, Toni Love and husband Chris, Christy Bryant and special friend Wesley Nichols; eight grandchildren, Tre’ Bryant and wife Kendal, Holley Atkins, Courtney Hill and husband Jason, Cameron Bryant, Carissa Love, Tyler Love, Laura Travis and Kole Bryant; four great-grandchildren, Wyatt Hill, Koby Hill, Aiden Bryant, Michael Bryant; three sisters, Jackie Niston and husband Rev. Gary Niston, Betty Gough, Ina Mae Gregory; a brother, Rev. Lester Bryant and his wife Maggie. In addition to her parents Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her husband Homer Bryant. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Ivy Green Baptist Church with services conducted by Rev. Gary Niston. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
