Mrs. Susan Ella Jamerson

Mrs. Susan Ella Guynn Jamerson, age 74, of Cana, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017, at her home. Mrs. Jamerson was born in Carroll County, VA on February 3, 1943 to the late Noah Frank and Ella Mae McMillian Guynn. She retired from Perry Manufacturing and attended Hope Church in Cana, VA. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Rita Kaye Ayers, Patricia and Phil McCraw, Tammy and Bradley Sechrist and Vicky Sarah Slavey; a son, Luther Clayton Mullen Ayers; grandchildren, Kimberlee Conner, Nicholas Conner, Clayton Ayers, Angela Ayers, Marcus Mayes, Bryson Sechrist, Bella Sechrist, Kristy Slavey, Jake Quesinberry, Luke Quesinberry; great-grandchildren, Karsen Conner, Charlie Conner and Noah Dunford; sisters and brothers-in-law, Polly and Donald Harvell, Ruby and Grover Guynn, Helen Ayers and brothers and sister-in-law, Norman and Mary Ellen Guynn and Charlie Guynn. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jamerson was preceded in death by sisters, Nancy Dinkins, Maggie Ashby and June Bonds. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Hope Community Church in Cana, VA with Rev. Anthony Thomas officiating.
