Mrs. Theresa Lee Thomas Mosley

Mrs. Theresa Lee Thomas Mosley, 76, of Mt. Airy passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 at her home. She was born in Surry County on January 30, 1941 to the late, Tyler and Thelma Upchurch Thomas. Mrs. Mosley was a home maker and was a faithful member of Community Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Donald Mosley of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Ellery Golding; a grandchild, Tiffany Golding; great grandchild, Amelia McLean; a sister, Ann Waddell. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mosley was preceded in death by a sister, Cressie Fern Marion; a brother, Marlyn Brisco Thomas. A funeral service will be held at Community Baptist Church at 2:00 PM on Thursday November 9, 2017 with the Rev. Kenneth Jessup, Rev, Larry Stone, Rev. Barry O’Neal, and Rev. Wayburn Mosley. Burial will follow in Community Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday evening at Moody Funeral home in Mt. Airy.
