Mrs. Verna Gusler Priddy

Mrs. Verna Gusler Priddy, age 93 of Stuart, passed away Friday, October 13, 2006 at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. She was born in Patrick County to the late Jacob Henry and Nora Hall Gusler. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Priddy was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Priddy; one sister, Vergie Gusler Ross; and one brother, James Hobert Gusler.
Mrs. Priddy is survived by a niece, a great-niece and several cousins, including Leon Gusler and wife, Stella, of Stuart.
Funeral services for Mrs. Priddy will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Rev. Gerald Melton officiating. Burial will follow in the Northview Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Lawsonville, North Carolina. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
