Mrs. Virginia McGrady Wigington

Mrs. Virginia McGrady Wigington, age 92 of Stuart, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. She was born in Pocahontas, West Virginia on June 2, 1918. Mrs. Wigington was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Wigington; two sons, Jeff Wigington and Billy Johnson; her parents; and one brother, George McGrady. She was retired from J.P. Stevens Rubber Thread where she was a secretary.
Mrs. Wigington is survived by four grandchildren, Monica Gravely, Misty Frans, Jenny Dickinson and Greg Johnson; two great-grandchildren, Kaylee Gravely and Brendan Frans.
A graveside service for Mrs. Wigington will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Wigington Family Cemetery on American Legion Road with Rev. Gerald Melton officiating.
