Mrs. Wendy Ann Martin

Mrs. Wendy Ann Martin, age 38 of Stuart, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Pioneer Community Hospital in Stuart. She was born in Roanoke on December 8, 1972. Mrs. Martin was a member of Smith River Church of the Brethren, and a 1990 graduate of Patrick County High School. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clyde and Lena Haden.
Mrs. Martin is survived by her husband, Billy "B.J." Martin of the home; one son, Dustin Haden of Stuart; one daughter, Heather Martin of Stuart; her parents, Gary and Judy Haden of Woolwine and Carolyn B. and James Ingle of Stuart; three brothers, Christopher Haden of Woolwine, Danny Ingle and Tony Ingle, both of Stuart; two sisters, Tabatha Stanley of Patrick Springs and Tammy Atkins of Sandy Ridge, North Carolina; her grandparents, Alvin and Charlotte Belcher of Woolwine and Lyle and Brooxie Ingle of Stuart; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Billy and Ada Martin of Lawsonville, North Carolina.
Funeral services for Mrs. Martin will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Shaun Draughn officiating. Burial will follow in the Aarons Corner Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.
