Ms. April Dawn Ayers, age 35, of Dobson, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017, at her residence. She was born on April 5, 1981 to the late Ricky Dale Ayers Sr. and Carolyn Annelle Willard Carrier. She was an excellent server at Putter’s Restaurant and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Trent Ayers, Cailee Ayers and Caralee Ayers; and her brother Ricky Dale Ayers Jr. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 6-8 PM at Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson. The funeral will be Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Moody-Davis Chapel with Reverend Tony White officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Vine Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Moody-Davis Funeral Services, PO Box 295, Dobson, NC 27017 to help with final expenses.
