Ms. Charlotte Kay Goard Hammond

Ms. Charlotte Kay Goard Hammond, age 41 of Martinsville, passed away Friday, November 21, 2008 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville. She was born in Patrick County on November 1, 1967 to the late George Thomas and Mary Alice Radford Goard. She had worked for Rock 10 Display Packaging Company.
Ms. Hammond is survived by her fiance, Curtis Lee Eames of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Mark Harbour of Bassett; one son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Jessica Keen of Rocky Mount; two grandchildren, Justin Keen and Jonathan Harbour; two sisters, Marlene Taylor of Stuart, Shelby Hall of Spencer; one brother, Russell Goard of Martinsville; and her fiance's mother, Brenda Eames of Martinsville.
Funeral services for Ms. Hammond will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Elder Thomas Radford officiating. Burial will follow in the Goard Family Cemetery.
