Ms. Christine White Bissette

Ms. Christine White Bissette, age 54, of Raleigh, NC passed away at her home on May 1, 2018.  She was born in Surry County, NC to Bruce White and to the late Nancy Beamer White.  She was a Technical Account Manager for Hewlett-Packard, she was a double major in Textile science and Computer Science from NC State    University,  was a member of Little Richmond Baptist Church.  She enjoyed Cross Stitch and Quilting.  She played in the Blue Notes Dixieland Jazz Band from Raleigh, NC. She was amazing musician, playing the clarinet, banjo, piano, and percussion. Surviving are her father and step mother, Bruce and Betty White of Dobson;  step-sister and brother-in-law Renee and David Hammond, and family; step-brother and sister-in-law Billy and Rose Snow and family; three step-nieces Stephanie Snow, Bridgette Snow, Emma Hammond; three step-nephews, Aaron Hooker, Will Hooker, Billy Snow Jr; four special friends, Jeff Bailey, Dawn Marion, Kim Young, Jim Murphy.  A Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday May 8, 2018 at Fairview Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Ball officiating.  The family will receive friends at Fairview Baptist Church Fellowship Hall following the service.  Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson is serving the Bissette family.
