Ms. Lois Jeanette Edwards Wallace

Ms. Jeanette Edwards Wallace, 58 of Ararat, NC passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born in Forsyth County on December 18, 1956 to the late James Clarence and Lois Aline Mills Edwards. Ms. Wallace was a member of Level Cross United Methodist Church and she retired from Walmart. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Totie and David French; a two grandchildren, Braxton and Aksel French; step sons and their wives, Gray and Darcy Wallace, William and Lisa Wallace; sister and brother-in-law, Ginger and Bobby Simmons and a brother-in-law, Darrell O’Neal. In addition to her parents, Ms. Wallace was preceded in death by a sister, Judy O’Neal. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Level Cross United Methodist Church with Rev. Wesley Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Little Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday November 8, 2015 at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Moody Funeral Home Chapel, PO Box 1288, Mt. Airy, NC 27030 to assist the family with the funeral expenses.
