Ms. Lora Jean Schuyler

Ms. Lora Jean Schuyler, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016 at the Hillsville Rehab and Nursing Center. She was born in Surry County to the late John Daniel and Eva Hodges Hawks. She is survived by her daughter, Pam Nale; her grandson, Nick Riffey; a sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Richard Clifton; a brother and sister-in-law, Bobby Gray and Nancy Hawks; two nephews, Bradley Hawks and Jason Hawks and wife, Denise; two great nieces; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Hawks; a brother-in-law, Charlie Moncus and wife Helena. In addition to her parents, Ms. Schuyler was preceded in death by a brother, Charlie Ray Hawks and a sister, Nancy Hawks Moncus. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Snow Hill Baptist Church in Fairview with Rev. Ernie Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
