Ms. Orminta Tish Vaughn Fulk

Ms. Orminta Tish Vaughn Fulk, age 81 of Mt. Airy, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011. Ms. Fulk was born in Carroll County, April 23, 1930 to Charlie and Lillie Chappell Vaughn. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by her devoted family and many friends. Surviving is a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Jennifer Fulk of High Point; grandchildren, Elizabeth Snow, Brian Staples and Daniel Fulk; great grandchildren, Olivia Snow and Blake Snow; a sister, Rachel Utt of Mt. Airy and a brother, John Vaughn also of Mt. Airy. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 25, 2011 at Woodland Baptist Church by Rev. Jimmy Slate and Rev. Johnny Easter. Burial will follow in Epworth United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 until the time of the service.
