Myron Cardward Harold

Mr. Myron Cardward Harold, age 90, of Ararat, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Salem VA Medical Center in Salem, VA.  He was born in Patrick County on June 3, 1931 to the late Martin Fulmer and Laura Agnes Puckett Harold.  Mr. Harold was self-employed as the owner of Harold Orchards.  Mr. Harold proudly serviced our country in the United States Army.  Left to cherish his memory are daughter, Dorothy Easter; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Harold (Jana); grandchildren, Brittany Harold Utt (Michael), Joshua Dale Harold, Jason Easter; brother, Clifford Harold.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Harold was preceded in death by his wife Bertie Mae Ayers Harold; an infant son; brother, Bruce Harold; son-in-law, Mark Easter .  A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with services conducted by Rev. Rayton Puckett.  Burial to follow in Skyline Memory Gardens with Military Honors by VFW Post 2019 of Mt. Airy and Post 9436 of Mt. Pilot Mountain.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
