Mr. Norman Dean Kretschman "Music Man - Stormin Norman" of Low Gap NC passed away at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center on Monday April 9, 2007, after a sudden illness.
He was born May 29, 1954 to Karl and Paula Kretschman.
Norman was a soundman and mixer for a lot of big name artist associated with Miller Productions. He was well known and highly respected by local bands as a sound man and harmonica player. He was loved and appreciated for his many charitable contributions to the community and those in need. He will be missed by many dear friends.

He is survived by his mother, Paula Matterese Kretschman Munn and one sister, Paula Donna Munn, both of Westmoreland NY.; One brother, Dennis Kretschman and one nephew, James Kretschman, both of Melbourne FL. The Mae Atkins Family of Surry Co and special friend, Kathy Tucker of Westfield.
He was preceded in death by his father, Karl Kretschman, Kentucky.

Memorial services will be held at 2: 00 pm Saturday April 14 in the Chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson NC. Family will receive friends after the service. The family has requested in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Norman Dean Kretschman memorial fund C/O Dennis Kretschamn 40 Elton St. Melbourne Fl. 32935
