Patricia "Pat" Ruth Stone Baldwin

Mrs. Patricia “Pat” Ruth Stone Baldwin, age 81, of Mount Airy passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Central Continuing Care in Mount Airy.  She was born on May 4, 1941, in Maryland to the late Paul Hampton and Hulda Ann Phillips Stone.  Mrs. Baldwin was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.  She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.  She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie and Ronnie Cummings, Dena Baldwin, Angel and James “Cliff” Anderson, three sons and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Jenny Baldwin, Chris Baldwin, Robert “Rowdy” Baldwin; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one brother, Phillip Stone and partner, Maria Bowling; along with several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Baldwin was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Howard Baldwin, a son, Jason Ross Baldwin; two sisters, Norma Stone Seal, Barbara Stone Blackburn; and brother Frank Stone. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with the Dr. Rick Jackson officiating.  Interment will follow in Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy and other times at the home, 853 Oak Grove Church Road.  Moody Funeral Services has been entrusted with the arrangement.
