Patricia Ann Bobbitt

Ms. Patricia Ann “Patty” Bobbitt, 53, of Lambsburg, VA, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at her home. Ms. Bobbitt was born August 10, 1963, in Carroll County, VA, one of two children born to the late Howard Morgan and Alma Lee Thompson Bobbitt. Patty worked at Proctor-Silex Inc. in Mount Airy for many years. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Shelly and Drew Bryant of Lambsburg, VA; a brother, Mike Bobbitt of Galax, VA; and two nieces, Megan Bobbitt and Madison Bobbitt, both of Galax, VA. A celebration of Patty’s life will be held Sunday, August 6, 2017, from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at Blue Ridge Lanes, 545 East Stuart Drive, Galax, VA. Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy is in charge of the cremation and serving the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, P.O.
