Patricia Lanningham

Mrs. Patricia Lanningham, 83, of Mt. Airy passed away Monday, January 3, 2022, at Northern Regional Hospital in Mt. Airy. She was born in Lee County, VA, on May 26, 1938, to the late Harold Kermit and Gladys Laverne Rogers. Mrs. Lanningham was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Lanningham; her children and their spouses, Harold Richard King and Susie, Karen Kim Brymer, Warren Glenn King, Susie Lanningham and Chester Penn, Lori Foster and Randall, Greg Lanningham and Randi, Debbie Lowe and Larry; grandchildren and spouses, Jennifer Easter and Corey, Lisa Bullins and Chad, Stephanie King, Erin Byrmer and Josh Joyce, Brian Brymer, Katie Palmer and Cody, Cody Brymer; Amelia Foster, Evan Foster, Brandon Penn, and Joey Melsark and Laura; great grandchildren, Ryan Easter, Ian Brymer, Emma Palmer, Haddie Easter, Nora Palmer, Erica Joyce, Elayna Bullins, Patricia Melsark, Alex Melsark, and Sindy Blaylock; a brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Willie Rogers; and a sister Barbara Rogers. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lanningham was preceded in death by a daughter, Lynn Teresa King. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chester Wall. A private interment will be held at Skyline Memory Gardens.
