Patsy Rae Fowler

Mrs. Patsy Rae Fletcher Fowler age 79, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020, at her home surrounded by her family.  Mrs. Fowler was born in Surry County, on February 28, 1941 to the late Benton Johnny and Rebecca Elizabeth Venable Fletcher.  Patsy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all that knew her. She will be deeply missed by those that knew and loved her.  Left to cherish her memories are daughters, Rebecca Gayle Fowler, Laura Lynn Fowler; son and daughter-in-law, Allen Dale Fowler, Jr. and wife Doris; grandchildren, Nichole Stanley, Amber Berryman and husband Ron, Steven Fowler, Adam Pardue, Cory Puckett, Nathan Fowler; ten great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny Fletcher and wife Peggy, Jack Fletcher and wife Kay.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fowler is preceded in death by her husband, Allen Dale Fowler, Sr.; a sister Geraldine Fletcher Duffy; and a brother Donald Fletcher.  A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Skyline Memory Gardens with Pastor Marty Reece officiating.  Family and friends wishing to pay their respects may do so on Sunday afternoon and Monday morning at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
