Paul Linford Vipperman, Jr.

          Mr. Paul Linford Vipperman, Jr., age 28 of Stuart, passed away February 5, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  He was born in Stuart on August 26, 1991 to the late Paul Vipperman, Sr. and Rhonda Boyd Vipperman of Meadows of Dan.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Wendell Boyd; and his paternal grandparents, John Henry Vipperman and Elvie Lee Hooker Vipperman.  Linford was a talented mechanic who could fix anything, even stuff that people were throwing out.  He once put a motor on his bicycle and it worked. 

          Surviving in addition to his mother are his fiancé, Tiffany Wingfield; her daughter, A’Leeah Wingfield; two sisters, Elizabeth Boyd, Kimberly Sowers; maternal grandparents, Josie “Jo” and Dewey Bowman; a special cousin/adopted sister, Susie Vipperman; special aunt and uncle, Amos and Connie Vipperman; aunts and uncles, Henry and Ann Vipperman, Jim and Eva Vipperman, James Vipperman, Shirley Leath, Glennie and Sanford Clifton, Bonnie Reynolds, Mary and Daniel Quesenberry, Stephen Boyd; nephew, Christopher Kelley; niece, Kadance Forvour; special cousins, Pam and Randy McBride; numerous cousins and other family members.

          A graveside service will be held Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 3:30 PM at the Hooker Family Cemetery with Pastors J.R. Vipperman and Michael Leath officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Paul Linford Vipperman, Jr. Memorial Fund, P.O Box 307, Stuart, VA 24171.  Online condolences may be made to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
