Paulette Ashlin Wright

Miss Paulette Ashlin Wright, 23, of Claudville, VA passed away on December 21, 2022, in Surry County.  She was born in Surry County on December 13, 1999, to Marvin Scott Wright and Teresa Hawks Wright.  Miss Wright was a senior at Radford University, where she made the Dean’s List every year.  After graduation Miss Wright was going to become a History Teacher.  Paulette was a loving and compassionate young lady who will be dearly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, Miss Wright is survived by a brother, Devin Scott Wright; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  A celebration of life service will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Devin Rothrock and the Rev. Mike Knight officiating.  The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Services in Mt. Airy.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hulks Helping Hands Rescue and Senior Sanctuary at P.O.
