Randy Lee Goins

Mr. Randy Lee Goins, 57, of Ararat, Virginia passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022, at VCU Health System in Richmond, Virginia.  He was born in Surry County on January 12, 1965, to the late Granville and Ruby Smith Goins.  Mr. Goins was a humble hard-working man who loved his family and his pets.  He is survived by his wife, Nancy Stevens Smith; a stepson, George Pack; grandchildren, Levi Pack, and Colton Pack; a sister and brother-in-law, Debera and Dale Puckett; a brother, Joey Goins; his special pets, Billy Ray and Cody Ray; four nieces.  A memorial service will be held Friday, November 25, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Sammy Lawson officiating.  The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
