Raymond "Dale" Caldwell

Mr. Raymond “Dale” Caldwell, age 69 of Mount Airy, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  Mr. Caldwell was born on May 30, 1953, in Baltimore County Maryland to the Boyd Caldwell and the late Eula Blevins Caldwell Watkins.  Dale was a loving husband, brother, and friend.  He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.  Surviving is a sister and brother-in-law, Becky Watkins Holt and husband Mike; a brother, Clinton Scott Watkins; two nephews, Clinton Scott Watkins, II, David Matthew Watkins; and a special cousin, Irma Smith.  In addition to his mother, Mr. Caldwell was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Caldwell.  No formal services will be held at this time.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
