Reatha Mae Trivett Baker

Mrs. Reatha Mae Trivett Baker, age 70, of Pinnacle was peacefully and graciously called by her Lord and Savior to her eternal home on Sunday, September 26, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born November 24, 1950, in Smyth County Virginia, to the late Riley and Callie Rotenberry Trivett. She was a loving mother, nana and great-grandmother who will surely be missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memories are daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Mike (Boa) Myers, Karen and Greg McMahan, Sherry and Roger Smith; grandchildren, Hobie McMahan, Dale Myers, Kandi Daye and husband Jordan, Aiden Smith; great-grandchildren, Joseph McMahan and Jacob Daye; sister and brother-in-law, Katheryn and Doug Tuggle; brothers, Richard, Ronnie, Curtis Trivett, Roger Gillespie; stepdaughter, Cynthia Bolado and her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Baker was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Baker; Lenora (mom) Gillespie; sister, Barbara Trivett; brothers, Robert Trivett and Charles Trivett. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with services conducted by Rev. Pete Hardman and Rev. Donnie Bowman. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 AM until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
