Ms. Rebecca Anna McMillian age 29 of Old Toast Road, Mt. Airy, NC passed away Friday, May 11, 2007. She was born October 13, 1977 in Carroll County, VA to Marcus Worrell and Cynthia "Cindy" Westmoreland McMillian. She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Paige Harless, Pearisburg, VA, and three sons, David Childress, Austin Childress and Levi Childress all of Mt. Airy, NC, her parents, Marcus and Cynthia McMillian of Mt. Airy, a sister, Casey Wall, Mt. Airy, NC, and a brother, Luke McMillian, Mt. Airy, NC, grandmother, Anna Lucille Westmoreland, Mt. Airy, NC and a grandfather, Jesse McMillian, Mt. Airy, NC and a fiance, Shawn Jones, Mt. Airy, NC, aunts, Robin Westmoreland and Teresa Bobbitt, Mt. Airy, NC and two uncles, Jeffrey and Timmy Westmoreland, Mt. Airy, NC a niece, Sunnie Vernon and a nephew, Cody Wall both of Mt. Airy, NC. Ms. McMillian was preceded in death by her grandmother, Garnell McMillian and her grandfather, Cecil Westmoreland Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel of Mt. Airy conducted by Rev. Jack Anderson and Rev. Tommy Vass. Burial will follow in the Epworth United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-9 Tuesday night at Moody Funeral Home where her body will remain until the hour of the service.
