Rebecca Jean Stevenson

Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Jean Wright Stevenson, 66, of Mt. Airy passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Northern Regional Hospital in Mt. Airy. She was born in Wythe County, Virginia on February 12, 1955, to the late Glenn and Nannie Wright. Mrs. Stevenson retired from Hanes Brand and was owner operator of Institches Sewing Embroidery Shop in Westfield, NC. Mrs. Stevenson was a faithful member of Mitchell Chapel Pentecostal; Holiness Church in Dugspur, VA. She is survived by her husband, Michael “Mike” Stevenson; a daughter, Amanda Brunner; step sons and their spouses, Michael and Krista Stevenson, Seth and Melinda Stevenson; grandchild, Lillian Brunner; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dianne and Alfred Stevens, Nancy and Ron Stiles; a brother and sisters-in-law, Randy and Janet Wright, and Donna Wright; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stevenson was preceded in death by a brother, Rudy Wright. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Wytheville Virginia. Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
