Rebecca Lester Thomas

Ms. Rebecca Louise Lester Thomas, 66, of Dobson, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. She was born July 13, 1943, in Escambia County, FL, to the late Robert Lester and Mildred Salter Coleman. She is survived by a daughter, Angie Thomas of Dobson; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Aubrey Thomas, Jr. and Kevin Thomas and Phyllis Ann Barnes Thomas, all of Dobson; two grandchildren, Amber Thomas and Wesley Thomas; three great-grandchildren, Austin Thomas, Jo Jo Thomas, and Cory Thomas; the father of her children, Aubrey Thomas, Sr. of Dobson; and a sister and brother-in-law, Chris and Gene Mullens of Pensacola, FL. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 8, 2010, in the chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home. Brother Ronald Thomas will officiate the service. The family will receive friends Saturday at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the time of her service. The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday May 8, 2010 in the Chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home. Brother Ronald Thomas will officiate the services. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the Funeral Home from 1 PM until the time of her service.
